How quickly does the pilot start?
After you submit your task selections and we receive payment, we match you with a VA within 24–48 hours. Work begins as soon as you've had a brief intro call with your VA.
What if I select more tasks than can fit in 20 hours?
We'll help you prioritize. During the brief intro call, we'll scope the tasks and identify which ones will deliver the most value within the 20-hour window.
Can I choose a VA from a specific region?
Yes. We source from the Philippines, Latin America, and Egypt. If you have a preference — or need a specific language skill — let us know in the form and we'll match accordingly.
What if I'm not happy with the results?
If the work doesn't meet your expectations, contact us within 5 business days of completion and we'll make it right — either by redoing the work or issuing a refund.
Is the $349 really credited toward Month 1?
Yes, in full. If you sign up for a Part-Time or Full-Time monthly plan within 30 days of completing your pilot, your $349 is deducted from your first month's invoice.
